If you need to adjust or cancel an order, please make sure that you let us know as soon as possible by calling 1-800-123-456. We will make every effort to make the necessary changes to your order. Unfortunately, if an order has already been shipped out, we will not be able to make order adjustments or cancellations for you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we provide refunds for products that are returned within 30 days of the order date. Unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund, while a credit will be issued for opened unused items.
All returned or exchanged items – opened or unopened – must be returned in good condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
We may require a photo of the product received to verify that it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please note that not all items are eligible for refunds and/or exchanges. This includes (but is not limited to) face masks, perishable items, personal care products, cosmetics, all clearance items, and select sale items.

Due to pharmaceutical standards followed by all licensed pharmacies, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. All prescription product sales are final.
