Once you log in or create your account, you can book a virtual online appointment with one of our licensed and qualified physicians.
We need to gather certain information before your free online medical consultation. You will be asked some questions about your health, lifestyle, symptoms, and medical history. You will also need your government issued ID, provincial healthcare card, and private insurance coverage card. We take your privacy and security of information seriously, and the information you provide us is secure within our platform.
During the appointment, the physician will provide you with a diagnosis and approve the prescription product you selected or prescribe an alternate medication if it’s a better fit based on your medical history and symptoms. The doctor will issue a prescription and you can receive your order. We take your health and safety very seriously. If the doctor feels that our products are not the right fit for you, they will let you know, and your order will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for your order.
A pharmacist will contact you to provide medication counselling and confirm your order.
